乳癌患側手臂可以針灸嗎？！
週一早上看到中醫藥對於乳癌病人有許多幫助，讓我想到臨床上常常遇到病人說我這手患側有開刀有治療不能針灸，我只好苦口婆心的說就是這手有問題才需要針灸啊！
我想引述我們團隊今年在integrative cancer therapy 發表的系統性回顧文章來提出一點佐證，針對有淋巴水腫的乳癌患者，我們研究整理納入六篇臨床試驗收集178位患者，針刺穴位包括手三里，曲池，臂臑，肩髃，外關等等，分析結果顯示針灸是安全的！研究統計沒有嚴重不良反應發生！
雖然目前統合分析顯示對淋巴水腫沒有統計有效的治療差異有待更多試驗結果納入，但至少可說明治療乳癌患者的患側肩臂是安全的！下次拜托來我門診的病友可以放心一點讓我針了吧！
